Liberty, now "ElDora"

Congratulations to Liberty, now "ElDora", and her heart-mom, Jessica, on their recent adoption!

*ADOPTED* Liberty is approximately a 16-year-old BLM mustang. She is what BLM considers a “three-strike” mustang because she either failed to be adopted at adoption events and/or was adopted and returned. After a third strike, a mustang becomes sale authority or will go into permanent holding at a BLM facility. Liberty arrived with a large scar on her right hip that we assume is an old injury she sustained on the range. Liberty has some bone reformation from this injury and is not sound for riding. Liberty is one of our sanctuary horses here at MMER. Liberty would love to find a sponsor this year to help fund her medical and farrier needs!
